Group Breaks in the Cotswolds
Broadway is a delightful village often referred to as the ‘Jewel of the Cotswolds’ and is at one end of the nostalgic Gloucestershire & Warwickshire Steam Railway. You can explore the ‘broad way’ with its ancient Cotswold stone cottages and myriad of antique shops before touring through the orchards of the Vale of Evesham.
And take a jaunt through the trio of famous Cotswold villages – Moreton-in-Marsh where Tuesday is still a popular market day, Stow-on-the-Wold with its ancient market square and quaint antique shops, and Bourton-on-the-Water where the River Windrush gently eases under humpback bridges.
To the north of the Cotswolds enjoy the Shakespearean flavour of Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of the Bard and a favourite destination with groups. Here you can visit many Shakespearean landmarks or perhaps enjoy a gentle cruise on the River Avon.
