At Just for Groups! we have over 40 years’ experience in arranging and organising first-class events around the UK and Europe including Reunions, Specialist Events and Conferences, Function Weekends and Special Occasions.

We believe planning is key to event success and understand that every reunion event or association is unique and will have specific requirements for each Association and the Event. Our services cover every aspect from providing competitive rates for accommodation and meeting rooms to fully inclusive packages including transport and event programmes. We can help organise large solus functions where the group have exclusive use of the hotel or smaller gatherings for those who would simply like overnight accommodation and a private dinner, whether there are 20 or 200 attendees you can be sure of our attention to detail.

We work closely with each organiser, committee / secretary from point of booking, right through to when you arrive home, and we hold a reputation for producing seamless, well managed first-class events. We can provide anything from promotional literature, welcome letters and welcome packs to goody bags should these be required.

We have previously arranged national annual general meetings (AGM’s), reunions and events for numerous organisations including St. John Fellowship and Armed Services Associations including of Womans Royal Naval Service, Royal Navy, Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service, Royal Fleet Auxilairy and Royal Marines.

Successful events include QARNNS Association AGM & Reunion combined with a visit to the National Memorial Arboretum and a journey on the Land Train. The British Red Hatters Annual Convention with the Blackpool illuminations, HMS Birmingham Association AGM, Royal Naval Association Conferences and many more.
