Group Breaks in Whitby
Set beneath the striking Gothic ruins of Whitby Abbey, which can be reached by its famous 199 steps and was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s classic novel, Dracula, Whitby has many connections to the book and remains a magnet for Dracula fans.
It is also well-known as being the home of the legendary seafarer, Captain James Cook. And no stay is complete without sampling the world famous award-winning fish and chips, fresh from the harbour.
Venture further afield and the North Yorkshire resorts of Scarborough, Pickering, and Flamborough Head are reachable, as is a day excursion to the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
